Changing the way business consumes IT services

Telstra Cloud Ecosystem

In today's on demand world you need to partner with a company that understands the cloud ecosystem and where best to utilize these technologies in your business.  We have spent years honing our cloud skills and partnering with some of the leading technology providers in the world to deliver their services to you.

Our direct partnership with Telstra provides us the ecosystem shown below to deliver world class cloud services with the backing and resources of each of these companies.

The decisions about where best to put your workloads are based around consultation or the Pro's and Con's of Public Cloud, Private Cloud or a mix of both leading into a Hybrid Cloud scenario.  By understanding your performance, security and compliance requirements we can best advise on the which solution fits you needs.
IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service)

Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) is a form of cloud computing that provides virtual computing resources over the Internet or managed IPWAN network.  IaaS is one of four main categories of cloud computing, alongside Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), PaaS Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS).

In an IaaS model, we can provide hardware, software, servers, storage and other infrastructure components to your business.

We specialize in Cisco (Gen2) Cloud, Microsoft Azure, IBM Soft Layer, VMware vCloud Air and Amazon Web Services in both shared, dedicated and co-located environments.

Working directly with these partners means we can provide advice and provisioning on a cloud solution for almost any workload.
SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)

Software-as-a-Service is the second main pillar in the cloud computing ecosystem and is based around a centrally hosted applications that are subscribed to on a per user basis.

Our most popular SaaS applications are our IT Management Tools, giving you the full picture and management of your IT environment.
Also the Office 365 product set.  From desktop Office software right through to the full enterprise back end of Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive and Skype for Business.

Other popular offerings are based around email security, end point protection, web content filtering and network security.
BaaS (Backup-as-a-Service)

Backup-as-a-Service or more commonly known as Cloud Backup takes the responsibility away from any one person in your business for the backup and restoration of your critical business data by automatically creating copies of your data that are sent offsite to our data center in Australia.
Our cloud backup services are delivered to you as-a-service for a monthly fee based purely on the number of servers or desktops you wish to protect.

We can customize your Backup policy to suit your recover-ability requirements. We can monitor and validate the status of each backup in your environment to ensure your data will be viable in the event of an emergency.

In the event of a total disaster we have the capability to stand your entire environment up in our data center so you can continue to run your business whist we deal with the disaster.
