Our sales staff ensures they stay up to date with current product ranges and offerings from our vendors to ensure you get the best deals available.
Our technical staff has extensive experience and are able to offer a full range of IT services including on-site services, workshop repairs and the highest level network support across various platforms.
Our administration staff ensures that all transactions with us run smoothly.
Although we list 3 departments we operate as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and expectations are met at all times...

Sales
Andrew Bischof – Director/Sales Manager
Background: Andrew originally started his working life as an apprentice motor mechanic. Upon completing this he then went on to complete an auto electrical apprenticeship also undertaking a number of automotive courses along the way. Utilising these qualifications he started a service company that he still runs today.
The move into computers came about with the opportunity to buy Future Computers. As one of the owner/directors of

Work Goals: To ensure customers are satisfied with our service and to create a good working environment for all of our staff.
Interests: Dirt Bikes, Golf, AFL football (the real game) and Beach Volleyball.
Craig Lowish – Account Manager
Background: Craig started his career working for Dick Smith Electronics straight out of school. He developed his sales skills & was promoted to assistant management in
Job Functions: Sales as an account manager, preparing & testing desktop & laptop computers.
Work Goals: To look after all of our customers while giving them a personalized service they will remember & come back for.
Interests: Gaming, Girls, Partying, Beer
Technical
Wayne Oldrey – Senior Network Technician
Background: Wayne originally started his working life as a trainee systems operator, learning the ropes on mini computer and mainframe hardware such as the once common DEC Micro Vax and other systems such as the Burroughs B26 and the WANG VS series of mainframe computers through the late 80's into the 90's, where he moved onto several different positions within state and federal government within information systems and communications as both a sysop and service engineer.

Enzo Ruggeri – Workshop Technician
Background: After Enzo finished school he went on to Tafe and done a Diploma in IT Applied Business, and then went onto study at JCU and finished with a Bachelor of Information Technology, while Enzo was studying for his diploma and degree he was working as a security office/crowd controller and also working casually for a small computer store. After Enzo finished his degree he started working for Cape York Land Council as a Systems Administrator, He was there for 12 months before moving on to work for
Job Functions: Remote Support, Helpdesk/Phone support Workshop and Onsite support.
Work Goals: Repair and diagnose systems, keeping the customer satisfied and happy with the repair and assist as best as possible for better solutions.
Interests: Soccer, Martial Arts, Music/Movies and Hibernating
Clifford Jones
Background: Clifford started his working life as an apprentice working for the Ministry of Defence before moving onto a major IT and Test and Measurement company. During this time Clifford had the opportunity to work across a range of environments and technologies as well as travel to various parts of the World.
Working for a large IT services company, Clifford has been responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining large scale IT infrastructure projects, utilising the latest tools and techniques required to ensure that projects complete on time and within budget.
Job functions: Clifford is responsible for Windows Server and Desktop Operating System support, technical design and implementation.
Work Goals: To ensure that our customers receive the utmost professional support and service and have access to the tools to allow them to achieve their business aims.
Interests: Motorcycle riding and racing, mountain biking and his two Beagles.
Tyler Martorella – Workshop Technician
Background: Tyler attended St Mary’s Catholic College up until year 10 completing his Certificate I and II in information technology. Leaving school after the completion of year 10 at the end of 2008. Tyler then attended a TAFE course gaining first year apprentice competencies for metal fabrication whilst working for a sheet metal fabrication company called DNC Metal Works. In January 2010, Tyler joined the Future Computers team, being employed as a trainee and currently completing certificate III and IIII in information technology.
Job Functions: In-house laptop and PC repairs.
Work Goals: To keep the customer updated and efficiently repair machines with quality assurance.
Interests: Metallica, Computers, xbox, Dragonball Z, COD, Modeling, Gabi Wild
Andy Payne - Technician
Background: Starting out as a trainee computer operator on Dec/Vax systems Andy now has over 20 years hands on IT experience working in Systems implementation, Server Administration, Support and Management roles in the UK utilising a wide variety of hardware/software along the way. Fate has landed Andy in a more sunnier climate of Cairns where he is now proud to be working for Future Computers.
Job Functions: Remote Support and Onsite support as required.
Work Goals: Provide remote assistance to diagnose, repair and provide top level support to our valued customers.
Interests: Gym, Computers, Gaming, Movies, Music, Wakeboarding, Socialising.
Adam Rostron – Workshop Technician
Background: After Finishing school Adam began working as a technician where he gained experience in repairing both computers and laptop’s. Adam also provided onsite and over the phone technical support for clients. Whilst working as a technician Adam completed a Certificate IV in Network Administration. In 2010, wanting to take a bigger step in the IT industry Adam joined the Future group where he now provides technical support and repairs for IBM/Lenovo and Toshiba.
Job Functions: Provide Toshiba and IBM/Lenovo Technical support and repairs.
Work Goals: Carry out repairs to a high standard and keep customer satisfaction at its best.
Interests: Extreme Sports, Cars, Music and Camping

Luke Mahoney
Background: Luke started at Future Computers in 1999 doing various work from building PCs to selling them. In 2004, Luke moved to Sydney and worked for Optus technical support. In 2007, he moved to Optus Brisbane where he dealt with large business account customers only. After a year in Brisbane he came to Cairns for some time out before coming back to Future Computers and bring his experience to Future Computers for the benefit of both customers and employees alike.
Job Functions: Project Manager. I am here to work on internal projects. After customer feedback — I am here to find ways to make our staff better assist you.
Work Goals: To ensure that our customers have a top level experience to match our top level reputation in FNQ.
Interests: Love my cars, just starting to get into motorbikes, love new technology (esp. mobiles) and enjoy the sun (which is part of the reason I moved back to Cairns)
