At Future Computers we want you to experience the quality of service we provide our current clients. As an introduction we are prepared to send out a technician free of charge for one hour to assist in resolving any IT issues you may have.

All you have to do is fill out the survey below and meet the criteria set out. We will then book a time for our technician for up to 1 hour to resolve your technical issue for free. There will be absolutely no charge or obligation to continue using our services.

If the problem cannot be resolved in the first hour, the issue will be discussed with you and an approximation of time required to resolve the problem will be quoted to you. Once agreed upon you will be charged our standard on–site rates for the second hour onwards of $110.00 inc GST.

To qualify for this offer, we do have some conditions.

• Firstly, you must have at least 3 computers at the location our technician visits.
• Secondly, we ask that you complete the survey at the bottom of this page to give us a better understanding of your business.
• Thirdly, you must be based in the Cairns district area, (Edmonton to Palm Cove) and;
• Finally, there is a limit of one free hours support per customer.

How does it work?

1. Simply fill out the survey below.
2. Once we have received your response, our service department will contact you within a 24 hour period to book a service call.
3. A technician will be sent out to resolve your issue for free (within a 1 hour period).
